Care home for disabled women 'requires improvement'
A Hackney care home for autistic and learning disabled women requires improvement following three Care Quality Commission (CQC) visits this year.
Yad Voezer 2, in Queen Elizabeth Walk, Stoke Newington, provides accomodation and care to up to eight women from the orthodox Jewish community.
Inspectors found the home had not reported incidents involving safeguarding concerns to the CQC although they had notified City and Hackney's adult safeguarding board.
Inspectors said the home needed to report all safeguarding concerns to the CQC, update their complaints processes, routinely review complaints and ensure residents' records were up to date.
