Only a few places left for our making an effective complaint event


More than 56 people have already signed up for our 'Complaining Effectively in the NHS' event on Tuesday 31 January but if you hurry there are still a few places left.

The NHS Community Voice evet at Pembury Community Centre from 10.30am to 12.30pm will help patients better understand where to go if something goes wrong with their healthcare.

Speakers include Homerton Hospital and East London Foundation Trust PALS services, City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group managers and Hackney's Independent NHS Complaints advocacy service Voiceability.

Please note, this event is not a platform for getting indiviudal complaints resolved but an opportunity for people to learn how to use the complaints process more effectively and feedback on how well it is working.
