Seeking: Public representatives for transformation care workstreams
A partnership of health and social care organisations in Hackney and City is seeking public representatives for four groups (called care workstreams) that will join-up health and social care services and improve health and wellbeing outcomes in the following areas:
- Unplanned care
- Planned care
- Early years and children
The public representatives will play an important role ensuring the work carried out in each care workstream includes service user perspectives. These roles will contribute to ensuring residents are at the centre of the local health and care system. If you have an interest in these roles but feel you need additional training to meet the requirements, we are also interested in speaking to you about how we could support you in the role.

Please note this round of applications for care workstream public representatives closed on Friday 12 May 2017.
